About me
I’m Samantha, a homestead mama, wife, and heart behind Faithful Heights Wellness. I believe God designed our bodies with incredible wisdom, and when something feels “off”, it’s not a failure-it’s an invitation to slow down, listen, and restore.
I am a registered nurse and certified health coach. I have certificates from multiple organizations including: Complementary Medical Association, International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, International Council for Alternative Health Practitioners, and International Association of Online Therapy.
My Story
For years, I have watched (and walked with) women struggling with fatigue, mood swings, irregular cycles, painful cycles, and infertility. Most symptoms we were told to “just live with” or had pills/medications thrown at us. Through my experience, I felt both under-supported by doctors and overwhelmed with everyone’s recommendations and opinions . Through that journey, God began stirring a passion in me-a calling to help guide women back to health.
Faithful Heights Wellness grew out of my desire to create a safe, nurturing space for women to heal their hormones, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover peace.
